This hotel is conveniently located right next to the central train station, making it super easy to catch buses to the airport and explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful directions, recommendations for restaurants, and information about public transportation. The basic amenities offered are great, and the rooms are always kept impeccably clean with daily bedsheet changes. I especially loved the rooms with balconies, as they offered a nice view of the city. The breakfast included in the stay was a good start to the day, with different options of freshly made coffee.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, being very close to Termini central station, which makes it extremely convenient for transportation. The proximity to the railway station makes it easy to explore the city and catch trains to other destinations. there are several nice places to eat in the vicinity, offering a variety of culinary options.

the prompt and efficient response from the maintenance team quickly resolved the problem. The room wassuper clean and cozy, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The location, though not perfect, was conveniently close to the Termini station. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.
